A weekend of teachings based on the Guru Rinpoche tsok offering entitled 'Shower of Blessings', a core Vajrayana practice traditionally performed on the tenth lunar day of each month. This practice is considered supreme as a mean of accumulating merit and wisdom. It belongs exclusively to the path of Tantra, and is designed to take one beyond ordinary concepts through the outer practice of making offerings, and the inner practice of maintaining pure perception.

The teachings will be suitable for newcomers and more experienced practitioners alike, with an interest in the actual practice of Vajrayana Buddhism. There will be several sessions of teachings each day, including some breaks (with time to socialise over tea and refreshments), as well as some Q&A sessions.

Please bring-a-dish to create a shared lunch buffet each day. On Sunday, after having received some explanations on the practice, we will actually perform a tsok together, for which you are welcome to bring some food and drinks to offer. The practice will finish at around 6pm, but everyone is welcome to stay afterwards to connect further, and bask in the lovely energy of the practice.
