Full Moon: Confession & Chöd

Narak Kongshak is a purification practice to clear away obscurations & obstacles. Troma Nakmo Chöd is a Dudjom Tersar practice to cut through dualism and self-clinging. Particularly powerful on full moon days.

About The Event

Whether you are new to these practices or already experienced in them, you are welcome to join us for this special day of practice. If you are a chöd practitioner, do bring along your instruments. Practice texts will be provided, as well as some guidance as to the meaning of the practice and how to perform/recite them.
